Fifi Bakes began with the belief that celebration food can be beautiful without behaving itself.

From a small Sydney kitchen, each cookie is mixed, scooped and baked by hand. Each cake starts with a conversation, then becomes something tactile, personal and a little unexpected.

We like buttercream with movement, fruit when it is at its best, dark chocolate, strong colours and celebrations that do not need a reason.
